By using the Prismforge Engravings website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before ordering.

Who We Are

Prismforge Engravings (ABN 63 823 599 036) is an Australian small business based in Mildura, Victoria, producing custom subsurface laser-engraved crystal products.

Orders & Payment

• All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD)
• Prismforge Engravings is not registered for GST. No GST is charged on your purchase.
• Payment is required in full before engraving begins
• Your order is confirmed once payment is received and we have acknowledged it by email

The Preview Tool

Our crystal preview tool gives you a realistic approximation of your engraving. It is not an exact representation — minor differences in contrast, depth, and text rendering are inherent to the laser engraving process. By ordering, you accept that the final product may differ slightly from the on-screen preview.

Turnaround & Shipping

• We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days of receiving your approved photo and payment
• Shipping is via Australia Post tracked service. Delivery times vary by location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post once the item has been dispatched

Your Responsibilities

• You must have the right to use any photo you submit for engraving (e.g. you took it, or have the photographer's permission)
• You are responsible for the accuracy of all personalisation text (names, dates, messages) — please double-check before ordering
• You must provide a valid email address and shipping address

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including designs, copy, images, and the preview tool — is the property of Prismforge Engravings. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Prismforge Engravings' liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
